Matrutva Seva Sahyata Abhiyan

Only with the wide participation of women can India grow rapidly. It is not possible for a bird to fly with one wing. Government believes that we can progress only with more participation of women. In this context, Swami Vivekananda wrote a letter to Swami Ramakrishna Paramahamsa saying, "There cannot be welfare of the world without improving the status of women." Matrutva Seva Sansthan started a campaign “Matrutva Seva Sahyata Abhiyan” for women willing to upgrade their lives by learning some income generating activities.

Impact of self-help groups on women's lives : Power of self determination , availability of information and resources, economic self-sufficiency, psychological development , skill development & financial sector participation.
