• 7% OF INDIANS FALL BELOW the poverty line because of indebtedness due to health expenditure. This figure hasn’t changed much in a decade . As a result about 23% of the sick can’t afford healthcare.
• According to National Health Profile 2018 , India is among the countries with the least public health spending.

India is one of the countries with the lowest public health spending. Even lower income countries like Bhutan ,Sri-Lanka & Nepal spend 2.5% , 1.6% & 1.1% of the GDP respectively on their people’s health.

MOTIVE OF MSS

• TEAM MSS in collaboration with government and private hospitals doctors, will be collecting data of such children , adults & oldage (in short all the needy), who are suffering from diseases which they can’t afford.
• The motive will be collecting and raising funds from public for the treatment of their disease.

The only motive will be providing all the possible medical facilities to the poor and needy sector so that there would be decrease (even a little though) in the death rates due to lack of treatment.
